1jobtracker is a product by Ground Zero. Ground Zero is a community platform supporting talent in India's social sector. 1jobtracker is built as a free public good for that ecosystem — not as a commercial product.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use the 1jobtracker platform at 1jobtracker.com. By creating an account or using 1jobtracker, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We use the information we collect strictly to operate, improve and support 1jobtracker. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
1jobtracker displays a directory of 1jobtracker Verified coaches. When you click "Book a Session", you are redirected to a coach's own external booking platform (such as Topmate, Calendly, or their personal website).
1jobtracker is not a party to any coaching session or payment. Any information you share with a coach or their booking platform is governed by that platform's own privacy policy — not ours.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external booking platform before entering your personal or payment information.
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls limiting who within our team can access your data.
Resume files are stored encrypted and are only accessible to your account. We cap resume storage at 50MB per account.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used.

1jobtracker is a job search management platform built specifically for professionals pursuing careers in India's social sector — NGOs, foundations, impact organisations, fellowships, and mission-driven teams.
The social sector job search is uniquely hard. Roles are scattered, pipelines are opaque, and most tools are built for corporate hiring. 1jobtracker exists to change that — giving purpose-driven jobseekers the same clarity and structure that the best corporate job hunters have always had.
With 1jobtracker you can:
1jobtracker is a product by Ground Zero — a community platform for India's social sector talent. It is offered as a free public good, not a commercial product. The coach directory is a free discovery layer. 1jobtracker is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, coaching marketplace, or employment service. We connect people — we don't intermediate, broker, or take a cut from any of it.
To use 1jobtracker you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You may not create multiple accounts for the same person or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.
You agree to use 1jobtracker only for its intended purpose — managing your professional job search. You must not:
All content you enter into 1jobtracker — your job application records, notes, interview logs, contact records, resumes and other documents — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
By uploading content to 1jobtracker, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your personal content for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and does not contain any unlawful material.
Resume files are limited to 50MB per account and must be in PDF format. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
The 1jobtracker coach directory lists professionals who have applied to be listed and have been reviewed and verified by the 1jobtracker team. The 1jobtracker Verified badge confirms that we have reviewed a coach's stated professional background in the social sector.
Verification does not guarantee coaching quality, outcomes, or the accuracy of every claim made by a coach. Candidates are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before booking a session.
When you click "Book a Session" on a coach's profile, you are directed to a third-party booking platform managed entirely by the coach. Any agreement, payment, or dispute arising from that interaction is between you and the coach. 1jobtracker is not a party to it.
Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles. Coaches who misrepresent their background or receive substantiated complaints may be removed from the directory at our sole discretion.
We believe the social sector job search should not be a privilege available only to those who can afford premium tools. 1jobtracker is our commitment to making organised, informed job searching accessible to every purpose-driven professional — regardless of background or income.
If we ever introduce paid features or change our pricing model after December 2026, we commit to:
We will never retroactively charge for features that were free when you signed up. Your trust matters more than revenue.
1jobtracker does not process payments of any kind between jobseekers and coaches. All financial transactions for coaching sessions occur on third-party platforms chosen and managed by individual coaches.
Any refund or cancellation dispute is between the candidate and the coach. 1jobtracker has no obligation and no ability to mediate, reverse, or enforce such disputes.
The 1jobtracker platform, including its design, code, branding, logo, text, and features, is owned by 1jobtracker and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.
The "1jobtracker" name, logo and "Tracked well. Hired faster." tagline are trademarks of 1jobtracker. Use of these marks without permission is prohibited.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited licence to use the platform as described in Section 5.
1jobtracker is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jobtracker shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to 1jobtracker in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given the platform is free, is ₹0).
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if we decide to discontinue the platform. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. We will provide a data export option before termination where technically feasible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We believe most disagreements can be resolved through direct conversation. If you have a concern, please email us at [email protected] before taking any formal action — we will do our best to resolve it fairly.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
